On Tuesday 5th December 2006, Dr Marianne Hulsbosch was presented
with an award from the Professional Teachers Council of NSW for outstanding
service to a professional organisation - none other than our own HEIA
(NSW).

Winner King & Amy O'Malley Scholar 2006
Tracy Blane was a recipient of a King & Amy O'Malley scholarship in
2006 Undergraduate - These scholarships are open to full time students
undertaking an eligible course in home economics or equivalent at
an Australian tertiary institution. The scholarship is valued at $5000.
Postgraduate – Full scholarships, valued at $7,500 are open to students
with a Home Economics undergraduate qualification who are undertaking
full time postgraduate study in an aspect of Home Economics in Australia
