To become a member of HEIA, visit the HEIA website, www.heia.com.au and follow the links to membership, or telephone/fax 1800 446841 for a membership form.

Registration includes:
• Conference session admission
• Morning tea and lunch on Saturday 23 August 2008
• One ticket to Cocktails
• Satchel (not guaranteed for delegates registering after 25 July or on-site)

Additional tickets to Cocktails: $20 per guest

Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Payment should accompany your registration form. The HEIA(Q) conference 2008 registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. The preferred method of registration is by online registration with credit card payment. Alternatively, delegates may register by fax or post as detailed below:

Online: Please note, credit card details are required for registration and accommodation bookings when booking online. If your registration and/or accommodation deposit is being paid by cheque you will not be able to register online. Online registration link.

Fax: Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card. Please fax to ECHO Events Australia at (07) 3711 2745.

Mail: Your registration form may be mailed with your accompanying cheque/draft or credit card details to the Conference Managers.

Please note that debits to your credit card, for registration fees only, will appear as ECHO Events Australia on your credit card statement.

Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and free of all charges. Cheques should be made payable to: Home Economics Institute of Australia (Queensland).

A confirmation letter and tax invoice showing payment will be sent to delegates by email where an email address is supplied, otherwise the confirmation letter and invoice will be sent by mail.
