What I enjoy about my job: Passing on the knowledge and skills I have picked up over the years and seeing the students eyes light up when they master a new technique.

Most Influential Mentor: My Grandmother who taught me how to cook and influenced my passion for food.

Most Influential PD: IFHE World Congress in Switzerland 2008, but really the study tour of Italy before hand!.

Personal Interests: The latest food trends, cake decorating, painting and sculpture (not that I get the time).
