HEIA(TAS) invites home economists to attend the State Meeting and Annual General Meeting on Saturday 15 October at ELCIES, Launceston College Launceston.
A nutrition presentation will be given by Kate DePaoli, accredited practising dietitican Community Nutrition Unit, Department of Health Services Tasmania. The presentation is titled "Fostering Food Literacy - a focus for Home Economists". See attached notice for further details.

Annual Morning Coffee for Retired and Current members of HEIA Tas at the Beach House Restaurant Sandy Bay.

The Annual Morning Coffee gathering is an initiative of the Committee of Management and offers to an opportunity to relax and chat with friends. At this meeting a small group of home economists gathered to chat and look through a scrapbook of the early years of Home Economics in Tasmania.
