Carol has a wealth of experience in unit task writing and the development of analytical marking keys gained from developing sample Food Science and Technology course support materials.
Session 1 of this two session professional development will address unit task writing to ensure all content is covered and all assessment types addressed. Session 2 will cover the construction of marking keys. She will provide ideas and useful tips on how to develop tasks and construct analytical marking keys applicable to units from any of the new courses.
