Using the units
An individual or concurrent sample unit/s reflects the educational needs and interests of the school or college's students and the organisation's approach to the implementation of Food Science and Technology.

Teachers should gain many ideas from the sample units to assist them when designing teaching and learning programs, assessment tasks and marking keys and when identifying resources appropriate to the three contexts of hospitality, nutrition and health promotion and product development of the Food Science and Technology course.
