How to update your school group membership staff details

Do you need to change the primary contact for your School Group Membership, or update the secondary staff members?

Did you know that if you are the primary contact, you can log in to your membership account to view and/or remove secondary staff members?

  • Login to your account
  • Navigate to the 'Membership' tab
  • Scroll to the 'Membership Group: School Staff Details' section
  • Open the profile of the staff member you'd like to remove, and select delete
