Become a pasta maker

Back by popular demand! Learn how to make filled pasta and shaped pasta and more! Complement your delicious, carbohydrate-packed goodies with classical and contemporary sauces, such as puttanesca and ragu. Come along to this special event and make food the way it has been made for centuries.

Please wear closed-in non-slip shoes (leather if you are able to; avoid sandshoes); no loose clothing, hair tied up, if necessary, limited jewellery. Bring a water bottle and snacks.

Aprons and hairnets will be supplied. However, if you have your own apron, feel free to bring it.

Numbers are strictly limited. Registrations close on Monday 23 June 2025, unless sold out earlier.

If we reach capacity, we may offer a second session, so please email heiasa@heia.com.au to keep HEIA(SA) informed of your interest.
