The centre embodies a globally local approach to culinary product development, blending sensory experience with food science. This is your chance to learn about the cutting-edge work McCormick is doing in the food industry, from flavour development to trendsetting innovations.

Michelle Zammitt from McCormick Foods Australia will also provide an insightful overview of the 2025 flavour trends, offering a preview of what is possible for the HEIA/McCormick Foods Australia recipe challenge.
